The Bundesrat: Portrait of a Building
The plenary chamber. The walls were panelled in oak, partially covered with fabrics or ornamented by wood carvings. On their upper surfaces were displayed the coats of arms of the Prussian provinces. A glass roof ensured that the chamber was naturally lit.
